Physical Therapist
Dr. Robert Spicker PT, DPT
Education
Dr. Robert Spicker grew up in Kentucky with a passion for movement, performance, and helping others reach their full potential. As an avid runner and multi-sport athlete, he developed a firsthand understanding of the physical demands that training and competition place on the body — and what it takes to recover, rebuild, and come back stronger.
With experience as a strength and conditioning coach at Bellarmine University, Dr. Spicker brings a unique performance-minded lens to his physical therapy practice. After completing his clinical internship at Pursue PT, he joined the team full-time — a natural fit given his belief in the practice's commitment to individualized, high-quality care. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is currently pursuing both his Certified Manual Therapy (CMNT) and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certifications — a reflection of his commitment to continually expanding his clinical skillset. His approach seamlessly integrates strength training principles with evidence-based physical therapy to deliver care that goes beyond simply treating symptoms.
Dr. Spicker believes that no two patients are the same, and that truly effective rehabilitation starts with understanding each person's goals, lifestyle, and background. Whether working with competitive athletes, recreational runners, or individuals recovering from injury or surgery, he is dedicated to designing individualized treatment plans that support not just recovery, but long-term resilience and performance.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Spicker is a familiar face in the Hoboken running community, regularly participating in local run clubs. Having made the move from Kentucky to New Jersey, he has embraced everything the area has to offer — and that personal commitment to an active lifestyle gives him a genuine appreciation for what his patients are working toward and the motivation to help them get there.

Dr. Patrick Lee PT, DPT, CSCS
Education
Dr. Patrick Lee has always had a strong connection to athletics, movement, and performance. As a former wrestler, swimmer, and lacrosse player, he developed an early appreciation for the physical and mental demands placed on the body. With a background in both physical therapy and strength and conditioning, Dr. Pat takes special interest in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, which allows him to integrate strength training principles into his treatment approach. His goal is to help patients not only recover from injury, but also move better, perform better, and build resilience for the future.
Dr. Pat is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care and believes that successful rehabilitation should be tailored to each person's goals, lifestyle, and background. Whether working with athletes, active adults, or individuals recovering from injury, he is committed to delivering high-quality care that supports long-term success.
